Mylder is a client-facing workspace for requests, reviews, approvals, and support. This policy explains the information we need to run that relationship and how we keep internal delivery operations separate from your client experience.

1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email, company, workspace access request, project brief, feedback, approval notes, and support messages.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to review access requests, communicate about your project, keep the workspace aligned, present work for review, capture approvals, and provide support through your key account. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Workspace and project data
The client workspace is designed to show calm, client-safe project state. Internal planning notes, delivery systems, and administrative records stay separate unless they are translated into client-facing progress, proof, or support context.
4. Data storage and protection
Project and account information is stored using secure infrastructure with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Access is limited to people and systems needed to deliver, support, or legally administer the service. We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent needed. 5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.
